 Tender Fresh Roasted Backstrap

-1 Deer backstrap
-1 cup Soy sauce
-1 cup Dark beer
-2 tbsp Dijon mustard
-2 tbsp Brown sugar
-3 cloves Garlic, minced

-Mix ingredients in large container & let marinade overnite, shaking occasionally.
-Roast in 250 degree oven for 3-4 hours until cooked to desired color.
